Our story

Lace and Allure, Forever Pure

Modern Filipiniana and Barong, crafted to carry heritage into every occasion.

An atelier in Pandi, Bulacan

Lace & Allure is a Filipino atelier devoted to Modern Filipiniana and Barong. We work in piña, jusi, organza and fine lace, pairing heritage silhouettes (the terno sleeve, the panuelo, the classic barong placket) with cuts made for how people actually dress today. Every piece is cut, embroidered and finished in our Pandi, Bulacan workshop.

We began by making pieces for weddings and milestone celebrations, where a garment has to survive a full day of photographs, embraces and dancing. That standard still sets how we choose fabric, reinforce a seam and finish an edge.

How a piece is made

From fabric to final fitting

Fabric first

Piña, jusi, organza, silk blends and fine lace are chosen for how they hold a silhouette and how they wear in Philippine heat.

Pattern and cut

Heritage shapes (the terno sleeve, the panuelo, the classic barong placket) drafted to contemporary proportions.

Embroidery and embellishment

Traditional and modern motifs, beadwork and appliqué applied by hand where the design calls for it.

Finishing and fitting

Seams reinforced, hems set, then checked against measurements. Bespoke commissions include a midpoint fitting and final adjustments.
